I am looking to buy some wvo in the Fort Smith Arkansas area. I don't have the room or the money to buy really large amounts at one time. I usually burn about 10 gallons a week.
Have you tried Calico County restaurant in Ft. Smith? Grease is their main entrée and they should have plenty of it. Might have some trouble in Ft. Smith since the locals use cooking oil as KY lubricant and hair tonic.
Or go downtown on Rogers to the bar/grill district as fried food is a major food group thier. Then thier are any one of the 200 Chinese restuarants should have quite a bit. Catfish Cove ought to have a lot of WVO by the swimming pool full.
Joking aside, Ft. Smith is blessed with a lot of restuarants and it should be easy to find.

I understand, but you are a few years late trying to get into the game. About the only way you are going to get in is pay more than the other guy with better service. That means regular scheduled pick ups like clock work taking everything they have, not just what you need.
