Hi - I am new to the forum and to making biodiesel.  I am looking to graduate from making test batches, and now am in need of a methanol source in the Indianapolis or surrounding areas. Anyone have a good source?

Thanks

Try your yellow pages. Methanol is pretty easy to find. Race tracks ro shops are convinient but sometimes the most expensive. I usually reccomend the same compnay large farmers or construction companies get there fuel from.

Jackson Oil & Solvents Inc on Kentucky Ave is where I got mine.  They had a pretty good price last (at least compared to a go cart track) time I got some.  We bought a 55 gallon barrel.  I don't know if it will be more expensive with less quantities or not.
