you didnt specify where you were. whats local to you? California? Cairo? St. Petersburg? Miami? Rio De Janero?

anyway, here are two, if you're in the US.

Lake Biofuels in California.

you can look them up on yahoo or google, ask for Cary, he imports over a million seeds at a time. $62.00 per 1000 seeds. I've been having over 80% germination rates with seeds from Cary.

 

Echonet.org in Florida

quite a bit more expensive but if you're starting out and just want to check out the plant, $4.00 for a pack of 12 seeds, I've had about 75-80% germination rates with Echonet.org seeds.
